4 Month Old

Sweet baby girl is 4 Months OLD!!!!!

Sweet baby girl your are getting bigger everyday. What a busy, busy month we had. Your first thanksgiving, 4 month doctor's appointment and your mamas decided to pull you out of daycare. That is the biggest new of the month. Your mamas missed having you at home all the time so starting in Janrary you and Marmee will both be staying home. You loved daycare, your teachers and staring at all the babies but it made the days just a little to crazy for the mamas. Plus you started to wake up more during the night. Your mamas would do anything to help you start sleep better at night. :)

You have received your first christmas present this month, from your Aunt Heather and Uncle Tyler, a little cabbage patch kids. You and your baby doll looked a lot alike. Your Marmee named your baby Melissa and you seemed to approve. You enjoyed sucking on Melissa's nose, silly girl!

At your 4 month appointment we discovered that your are a growing girl!!! You weighed in at 12 lbs and 24 inchs. Yu are starting to be a little chunky and just starting to grow out of your 0 to 3 months clothes and into 3 to 6 months size! Your amazed you doctor by how you moved. You loved the paper covered table and turn your self around in a circle by "swimming on the table." I thinks the paper gave you some traction and it helped your move. What ever it was you had a great time! You also said hi to your doctor by chewing on her finger. ( She reassured us that her hand were clean. If she only know all the things you put in your mouth these days!) At the end of your appointment you got two shots and didn't cry!

Other things you've been us to this month is teething, always teething, poor girl. Hopefully a certain Christmas present will help with the teething. The other fun new development is playing with your feet. You look so cute with your feet in your mouth!
