Your first week at home was filled was a learning experience for all involved! We had fun trying to figure out the best way to carry you. Your Marmee has a weird theory that you shouldn't be in your infant car seat unless we are driving in the car. So we've had to find different ways to carry you. We have tried out our Moby wrap and Becco baby backpack to carry you around. It appears that you like the backpack best, as the Moby wrap gets you and your mamas to warm.
We discovered that you do not like to be hot. We were visiting a friend home that didn't have air conditioning and you got so fussy. We wrapped you in a wet wash cloth and you were happy again. Since that time we've let you hang out in just a diaper and blanket as the weather has continued to be HOT. You are a Oregon baby and you do not like the heat.
You continue to get bigger and are an amazing eater. Sometimes your Marmee feels like all you do is eat, eat and EAT! She feels like a giant boob! It's been worth it as you were 7lbs and 5oz at your 2 week appointment. Your are not going to be a little peanut for much longer!
