Kitchen Helper

Molly loves helping me in the kitchen.  I just need to figure out a better way to help her reach the counters.  The side wrap isn't working and she's to much of a lability standing on a chair.  I've pulled her highchair up but that only allows her to watch and the girl wants to help me in the kitchen. We need to figure this out because I am excited to have a willing helper in a job I do not enjoy!
